Booking + Cancellation Policy

Please be advised, a valid credit card is require to reserve your appointment.

 

For appointments that require a deposit or payment in full at time of booking your credit card payment will be processed immediately. 

 

For all other appointments, your card will only be charged under the following circumstances:

1. Your appointment is Cancelled less than 48 hours in advance. At which time a charge of 35% of the scheduled service cost will be applied.

2. Your appointment is cancelled after being rescheduled or has been rescheduled  more than three times. At which time a charge 35% of the service cost will be applied.

 

3. Your appointment is missed without notice. At which time 100% of the service cost will be applied.

 

Services that require a deposit or complete payment will be refunded in full if cancelled  a minimum of 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment.  

Any cancellations inside of 48 hours are subject to the terms above.

I understand that life happens so should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please do so 48 hours in advance.

 

If you anticipate that you may arrive late, please reach out to me with quick message and I will do my best to accommodate you as my schedule permits.

 

However, to ensure that you receive the best service it is not my policy to shorten your treatment time, or that of the person following you to compensate for a late arrival. In the event that you arrive in excess of 15 minutes late I reserve the right to cancel/reschedule your appointment. *cancellation fees may apply.
